7 Days Exchange & Refund Policy – DastaneLibas
Exchange Policy:

Unstitched products must be returned within 7 days. Returns after 7 days will not be accepted.

Stitched items: Any complaints (e.g., defects or issues) must be reported on the same day of receiving the parcel. Later complaints will not be entertained.

If you’ve received a defective product, it must be returned within 7 days. After that period, returns will not be accepted.

Length/size complaints are not valid if the product details are already mentioned on the product page. All measurements are clearly listed.

Change of mind is not acceptable.

Sizes are clearly mentioned on the product page; kindly check before placing an order. We will not be held responsible for any size-related issues.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the product has been received and inspected.

All returned items will be thoroughly inspected. Products must be returned in new condition, with tags and original packaging intact.
Eligible for Exchange Only If:

There is a manufacturing defect.

A wrong item was shipped.
-
A genuine size error occurred (as per listed sizes).
-
Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Products must be unworn, unused, in saleable condition, and accompanied by the original receipt.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
-
If the replacement product costs more, the difference must be paid by the customer.
Important Notes:

Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen display settings and are not valid reasons for return or exchange.

Any extra fabric, patches, or accessories used in product shoots will only be provided if mentioned in the product description.

Exchanges will not be accepted for missing accessories unless stated on the product page.
Refund Policy:

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

Defective products.

Out-of-stock items.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately two weeks of processing.

Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles to reflect in your account.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation:

DastaneLibas reserves the right to cancel orders in case of:

Stock unavailability.
-
Payment failure.
-
Pricing or technical errors.

Orders placed via credit card or online payment must pass a fraud check. If flagged, the order will be automatically canceled.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may also be canceled in case of address or delivery verification issues.
Complaint Window for Faulty Items:

Complaints regarding defective or incorrect items must be made within 1–8 hours of parcel delivery.

DastaneLibas monitors return activity and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in case of abuse or suspicious behavior.
