How Do I Apply for a Return?

Kindly include your order details and the reason for return in the message.
Once your return request is approved by our Customer Support Team, you will be asked to send the parcel to:

Please note that the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
When Will My Return Be Processed?
We aim to process all returns within 5–7 working days of receiving the parcel.
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take up to 14 working days.
What Is Your Size Exchange Policy?
If you are unsatisfied with the size of your item and would like to exchange it, you're welcome to send it back to our E-commerce team.
Contact us via email at dastanelibas9@gmail.com within 10 days of the delivery date.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all labels and protective stickers attached.
This exchange policy applies to orders delivered within Pakistan.
For international orders, please contact our support team and we’ll assist as best as possible.
Do You Offer Refunds?
Yes, we do offer refunds only when:
We are unable to exchange the product
A resolution is not possible
Note:
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days, depending on the original payment method.

Customized & Made-to-Order Items
Customized products—including alterations and made-to-measure outfits—cannot be returned or exchanged.
However, if the product was delivered with incorrect measurements, please email us with pictorial evidence of the issue. We will review and assist with possible correction.

Items purchased on sale or at discounted prices are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case where the product:
