What payment methods can I use to make purchases?
We offer the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • Discount Coupons

Why was my credit card declined?
Your card may have been declined for one of the following reasons:

  • The card may have expired – Please check the expiry date on your card.

  • You may have reached your credit limit – Confirm with your bank whether your card has sufficient funds.

  • Incorrect information – Ensure that all required fields (card number, expiry date, CVV, etc.) are entered correctly.

What should I do if I see a double charge for an order?
If you notice a duplicate charge on your bank statement:

  1. Please first contact your bank to verify the charge.

  2. If the issue persists, email our Customer Support Team at sales@dastanelibas.com and we will assist you promptly.

Can I pay in-store when I receive the order?
No, payment must be made through COD or online to confirm your order.
However, if you choose in-store pickup, you can try on your items when you collect them, and return or exchange any product you’re not satisfied with as per our return policy.
